  • Review the stepped contribution margin statement and it's use in profitability reporting
  • Explain the integrated flows of actual and plan (budget) values
  • Understand the various reporting functions available to analyze profitability

Report Writing

Course Objectives:

  • Gain an overview of the design and structure of reporting capabilities
  • Create reports with fixed and flexible structures
  • Report creation using various charts

Target Group:

  • Project Team members
  • Team members responsible for creating and maintaing reports

Contents:

  • Navigation in macs reporting
  • Architecture and functions of the macs Reporting Tools
  • Using key figures, features, hieararchies, variables, properties and formula in reports
  • Report definitions using charts, sum lines, formattings (textcolor, background, images etc.)
  • Optimal distribution of reports (automated execution and distribution)
  • Delivering reports based on MS Excel and/or HTML
